Good topics to use blogs for teaching. I had a blog for teaching Chemistry but there were limited things to do in my mind. With these I had more broad perspective of using blogs in my teaching. Especially I like the sentence "Please feel free to ask about anything you wonder." It is very nice that students will think that they have quite confident teacher.
